We want Gaminify to be usable by as many people as possible, and we aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA on the pages we control.
What we have done
- The whole site can be operated with a keyboard, and focus is always visible.
- There is a "skip to content" link at the top of every page.
- Pages use proper headings and landmarks so screen readers can navigate them, and images carry text alternatives.
- Text reflows down to small screens and stays readable when zoomed.
- We respect the "reduce motion" setting in your operating system.
- We check colour contrast against the AA thresholds.
Where we fall short
The games themselves are made by third party developers and embedded in a frame. We cannot control their accessibility, and many are not keyboard accessible or screen reader friendly. Game titles, descriptions and category labels come from the catalogue, so their wording is not ours to fix.
Tell us about a problem
If you hit a barrier anywhere on the site, email support@gaminify.com with the page address and what went wrong. We treat accessibility reports as a priority and will tell you what we can do and when.
