We respect copyright. Games on Gaminify are supplied under our publisher licences with third-party game distribution partners, and we remove anything reported as infringing while it is investigated.
Filing a notice
Email support@gaminify.com with the subject line "DMCA Notice" and include:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed.
- The exact address of the page on this site that hosts the material.
- Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
We act on valid notices promptly, usually within a few business days, and we pass them to the distribution partner that supplies the game - currently GamePix - so it can be removed at source.
Counter notice
If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, send a counter notice to the same address with your contact details, identification of the removed material and where it appeared, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed in error.
Repeat infringers
We remove content from repeat infringers and report them to the distribution partner that supplied the content.
